How soon can someone help me?

We’re there when you need us! There are three types of remote requests. Business members and Central Care Subscribers get priority. All other requests are scheduled so we can dedicate time to working with you. Urgent requests are available to members. Non-members request Urgent Care services for an extra charge.

I'm a Central care Business Member, is there an added fee for remote help desk?

No. This valuable service is included in your membership. Just log in to your account and use the form on your portal to schedule.
